DESCRIPTION

The Analog and Digital Signal Processing Laboratory (PADS) was founded in 1997. Since then, it has been focused on research and teaching activities at the graduate level (COPPE, Electrical Engineering Program) and at the undergraduate level (Polytechnic School, Electronics and Computer Engineering Department). Analog and digital signal processing, image processing, analog and radio-frequency (RF) microelectronics, and CMOS integrated image sensors are among the main research topics of the faculty, students, and researchers at PADS.
